Will a part time domestic workers (working only 2 days per week) contract be the same as a full time domestic worker?
Sure, a part-time domestic worker contract (working just a couple of days per week) is kind of like a full-time one. It covers the basics, like what the job involves, when and how much they’ll be working, how much they’ll get paid, and any time off they’re entitled to. Both contracts also touch on things like how the deal can be ended and the need for privacy and good behavior. It’s important to make sure these contracts follow the rules in your area and match the unique needs of your household. If you’re not sure, getting advice from a legal pro can help make sure everyone’s on the same page and things run smoothly.
